Warm Welcome to JanakiDevi Bajaj Institute of Management & Studies (JDBIMSR), Pune Campus, a constituent institute of SNDT Women's University, Mumbai. I pay my respects to the revered founder of SNDT Women's University, Bharat Ratna Maharshi Dhondo Keshav Karve. With a legacy spanning over a century, SNDTWU has nurtured generations of learners, fostering a conducive environment with love, knowledge and discipline. In this journey of women empowerment and enablement, our university's motto, "संस्कृता स्त्री पराशक्ति" ("An Enlightened Woman is a source of infinite strength"), inspires us to work with enthusiasm and camaraderie with a noble thought beneath, of giving back to society. With the generous donation by Bajaj Family towards the foundation of this beautiful edifice of JDBIMSR stood up in 2019, embarking to deliver high quality multidisciplinary education.
As the Director of JDBIMSR, I invite women from all walks of life to join our esteemed institution, where we empower them to become leaders, entrepreneurs, and change- makers. Our vision is to empower women for sustainable development, and our team works tirelessly to achieve this goal.
Empowering women for accomplishing sustainable development of the society is the Vision of JDBIMSR. Here we focus on imparting techno-managerial skills, while inculcating good values and innovative thinking in our students. We have students from every corner of the society that raises our accountability to coach these girls in the best of our capacity. Going beyond the Classroom sessions, with better pedagogy, hands-on sessions, girls are oriented with latest trends and market situations.
We are constantly striving to make each program better in terms of content, pedagogical methods, relevance to the outside business world and stakeholders’ preferences; keeping the curriculum updated as per the need of the industry standards. The institute has developed a pool of highly experienced and qualified industry and academic professionals who come forward to improvise the syllabus. We offer Masters Programs that are regulatory compliant, nationally accredited, and NEP2020 compliant. Our students engage in corporate rendezvous, Tech Meets, cultural events, hackathons, and industry mentoring Lecture series, gaining practical experience and industry exposure. Our programs are designed to groom confident personalities, enriched with research-based analytical minds and a sense of righteousness.
