Sandanshiv, former Member of Law Commission of India and Former Principal of Siddharth Law College, Mumbai and Dr. Ambedkar Law College, Aurangabad) :
The Chief guest extensively explain the Importance of Constitution Value. He said follow the Constitution Democracy and avoid the use of unconstitutional method. He also said that in India for to follow the constitutional values is very important to maintain the social and economic balances in India.
