Ananya works at Maharashtra Economic Development Council as a Manager in Research & Training. She has received the title of Youngest Editor of Maharashtra from Shri Suresh Prabhu in the year 2016. She has completed her Master’s in Economics from SNDT Women’s University and after that she evolved herself in the field of business strategy.  She has been called by many institutes as a motivational speaker and strategy developer. Ananya wrote many research papers for MEDC, WTC, EXIM Bank and for Government of Maharashtra. Being passionate about writing, Ananya runs her own blog, named Open Frame, which is based on Brand Management and Personality Development strategies.

Ms. Asmita Sharma completed her Masters from Department of Economics, SNDT Women's University, Mumbai. While studying, she participated in State and Zonal level inter-university youth festival for Folk Dance, Rangoli, Folk Orchestra and Installation. She got Silver medal in Rangoli and Bronze medal for folk dance in State level inter-university youth festival.

Chaitannya Manoj Sunke completed her masters in Economics with 78.3 per cent from S. N. D. T. University, Churchgate Campus. On the basis of her academic excellence her university nominated her for Ministry of External Affairs' and Japan Government's JENESYS 2017 program during the beginning of her M. A. Part 2 program. Japanese Government and Ministry of External Affairs, India selected only 11 Masters in Economics students across India and Chaitanya was one of them. She represented India in Japan for JENESYS 2017 program for SAARC countries. She is also getting trained in North Indian Classical Music and she has just cleared Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalay's Madhyama Purna (level 5) examination. She is currently working as Executive Producer for Colors Marathi's show 'Navara Asava Tar Asa.'

Ms. Sneha Pawar working as assistant professor in Nagindas Khandwala College. She cleared NET in economics and qualified to work as assistant professor. She received master’s degree in Economics from SNDT Women’s University.  She also won quiz competition in SNDT University. During her master’s programme she presented a paper on labour studies in TISS, Mumbai. She done internship with the EPW and eSocial Science. She submitted her dissertation on “Trajectory of Manufacturing Industry in India during post reform period” in the last semester of her master’s programme.

Sakshi Nanavati – a Master’s in Economics from the prestigious SNDT University is surfing the high tides of her career in The Royal Bank of Scotland Business Services Pvt. Ltd. ‘We Are The City’ has recognised her amongst the Top 50 rising women talent in India.

In her 7 year rich career in RBS, Sakshi has moved up the ladder assuming 4 distinct roles. She is currently part of the Performance and Business Management Office for the Country Head India.

Beyond the business deliverables, Sakshi has been in the forefront of Employee Engagement programmes like establishing the Community Investment framework and driving the Diversity & Inclusion priorities for the organization.
Sakshi is a Bachelor of Economics from Mithibai College of Arts. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Welingkars Institute of Management Development, done her Executive Development Programme in Human Resource Management, participated in SHRM certification and a certified Prince2.

In addition to the numerous achievements in RBS which include being exceptionally selected for the Future Leaders Programme and chosen from amongst ~6000 employees for the Management Associate Programme, she has been, for over a decade, a key contributor to the Rotaract District Organisation - a youth wing of the Rotary International.
A holder of the coveted Chancellor’s Gold Medal, Sakshi nurtures her aspiration of accomplishing her PhD and later contributing in the space of academics.
