Unique 'Nari Se Narayani' Training Program at SNDT WU
The SNDT Women's University proudly inaugurated a groundbreaking three-day Residential Training Program, 'Nari Se Narayani' - Rediscovering Indian Women Sages' Intellectual Heritage, on 1st March 2024 at its Pune campus. Organized by Bharatiya, Gyan, Sanskrit evam Yog Kendra and RCWS, SNDT WU, Mumbai, this first-of-its-kind training program boasted an experiential learning approach.
Guiding this transformative journey is the visionary Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ujwala Chakradeo, who conceived the 'Narayani' training under the ambitious Viksit Bharat@2047 campaign. The inaugural day witnessed an electrifying interactive session led by Prof. Chakradeo, igniting a fervor among students from diverse campuses of SNDT WU, representing different Indian states.
The Vice-Chancellor's engaging session became the heartbeat of the training, infusing it with a pulsating spirit.
The day began with an early morning campus tour at 5:30 AM, creating a lively atmosphere. Dr. Brijesh Singh simplified Yoga fundamentals, calling it the 'Information of transformation. 'Under the mentorship of Dr. Jitendra Tiwari, the dynamic youth leader Ms. Astha Maheta conducted captivating storytelling session on Rishika Lopamudra. The introductory session, led by Dr. Vatsala Shoukla, set the tone for the event. Enthusiastic contributions from team members Mr. Mehul, Mr. Chandrashekhar, Mr. Rajas, and Dr. Amrita played a pivotal role in the success of the program. This program signifies SNDT Women's University's commitment to innovative education, making learning a vibrant and transformative experience. 'Nari Se Narayani' stands as a beacon of empowerment and education evolution.
Three-Day Residential Training Program 'Nari Se Narayani' Highlights
Day one concluded with the theatrical group performances facilitated by Dr. Amrita Yadav and Ms. Astha Maheta, adding a dynamic element to the program. Day two commenced with an invigorating session by revered Guruji on 'Brahma Muhurt Dhyan' at 3:58 am, where trainees actively participated in the early hours.
The esteemed presence of Hon'ble Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Ruby Ojha infused enthusiasm among the participants. Prof. Ojha inspired students to embrace learning with the mindset of living forever and living each day as if it were their last.
Dr. Akalpita Sapre, Professor at Tilak Vidyapeeth, Pune, led a captivating session on the Vedic corpus, delving into the exploration of women's powerful voices within Rigvedic mantras. Activity sessions involved group presentations where students critically engaged with stories encompassing diverse and multifaceted elements. Five Narayani groups showcased creative expressions through storytelling sessions.
Dr. Jitendra Tiwari facilitated stimulating question-answer sessions following each presentation. In the evening, an energizing and innovative session unfolded, featuring electrifying participation from all students.
Dr. Vatsala Shoukla facilitated a charged session where trainees shared their innovative ideas and discussed documenting their remarkable experiences through creative expressions.
