Design Thinking & Innovation  (A Structured Approach To Complex Problem-Solving & Innovation)

This workshop on Design Thinking & Innovation would provide hands-on, experiential, activities-based learning to participants with core elements of problem-solving, creativity and innovation approaches through Design Thinking methodology while working on collaborative team projects on real world pressing issues. In a multi-disciplinary team, you will work through a complete innovation project. You will develop a strong understanding of the basic concepts of Design Thinking and learn how to use your newly-found knowledge to solve your daily issues in your domain.

Learning Objectives:

  • Master Design Thinking for creative problem-solving.

  • Discover and leverage your innovation potential.

  • Develop a customer-centric problem-solving approach.

  • Gain tools, frameworks, and materials for continuous growth.

  • Innovate products using the Design Thinking process independently.

Workshop Structure: 

  • Offline training for 2 days; 6 hours a day

  • The workshop will be experiential & hands-on activity based among multi-discipline teams:

Expected Outcomes : 

  • Hands-on Understanding: Participants will gain practical knowledge of Design Thinking.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Teachers and students will develop innovative approaches to education challenges.

  • User-Centered Solutions: Participants will create realistic prototypes for educational improvements.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Enhanced communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.

  • Long-Term Impact: Participants will be equipped to apply Design Thinking in their institutions, leading to improved learning experiences.
