online workshop on Women's health and wellness

In the wake of the covid19 pandemic, we would like get well equipped to fight against this deadly virus. We must train ourselves to be physically and mentally healthy so as to come out stronger than ever and endure any such situations...

With this intent to get physically and mentally stronger, We, at department of Physical Education and Sports, SNDTWU, have organized an online workshop on Women's health and wellness for our students and staff. It will be held from 28th April to 30 th April 2020.

This workshop is a joint effort of KHEL RANG Fitness and Sports Science Association and Department of Physical education and Sports, SNDT Women’s University to promote Health and Wellness. The team of expert will present their views and tips to take care of their health and Fitness.

The Objectives of the Course are:
 

  1. To empower women’s Health and Wellness

  2. To Create the awareness about Fitness and Healthy Life style.

Rules and Regulation of the Workshop

  1. It is compulsory to fill up the Registration form before the course starts on website

  3. Download the Google Class Room for joining the class after filling the registration you will be enrolled in class by the coordinator.

  4. Participants and Students should ensure that they should have a stable internet connection and basic video viewing software to run the videos and audio files.

  5. Students should take the daily online class seriously so as to appear for the online exam.

  6. This online course will start from 28/04/2020 at 10:00 am IST (Indian Standard Time).

  7. No teaching material can be used for any further references, research, plagiarizing or publishing by the students all teaching materials are (c) copyrighted. 

  8. Certificates will be only awarded to the one who completes the course and the exam.

  9. It is compulsory to fill up the feedback form after the course is completed.
