Instructions for Prize Winner Students |
Dear Student,
Hearty congratulations for being a prize
winner ! We are proud of you and wish that
you will attain the goals that you have set
for yourself in your personal and
professional life.
In order to receive your prize money, you
are advised to open an account in any
nationalized bank and intimate the details
thereof in the enclosed proforma to enable
the University to deposit the prize money.
(Please refer the Enclosure no. – I (a) &
(b) and send it back to below address.)
Please remain present for the rehearsal for
the Annual Convocation on December 23, 2013
at the Patkar Hall located in our Churchgate
campus at 07:00 am sharp, where all the
necessary instructions related to the
Convocation and award of prizes will be
given to you. As you will be joining the
Convocation Procession,
it is compulsory for
you to attend the rehearsal, failing which
you will not be permitted to join the
Convocation Procession and receive your
award on stage. A common room will be
provided for storing the personal belongings
and for freshening up at the Churchgate
Campus. You may note that,
no accommodation
facility will be provided. It is also
advised to confirm your participation in the
Convocation by Post, E-mail or Fax, latest
by Dec. 05, 2013 at the following address:

In case you are unable to attend the
Convocation in person, you are requested to
collect your Merit Certificate(s) within one
month from the date of Convocation from your
College. In case you were enrolled in a
University Department, you will have to
collect your Merit Certificate(s) within one
month from the date of Convocation from the
concerned Department.
