Comment -
My association with PVP began in the month of August 1989. The decision to join the Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology really worked well for me and my family and my career.

The course at PVP is so thorough and comprehensive that it gives one confidence to be on your own in this competitive world and perform well. I am proud to be the student of PVP where the teachers are passionate towards about their work & they trained us so well in the classroom, during hospital visits and at eye camps. The college gave us excellent internship placements at good hospitals where we got hands on exposure to hospital working. Acquired a bachelor’s degree in 2008 an option which was not available earlier. With the help of my diploma and practical experience I could gain lateral admission to the bachelor program of YCMOU. The fundamentals learned in the diploma really helped me to write an exam after so many years and become a graduate at the young age of 37.

So after 26 years of graduating from this very institute today I am a Consultant Optometrist with an independent practice of my own for the past 7 years and an optical show room for the past 3 years. I am also attached with Netra Retina & Laser Centre as a Senior Optometrist and head the contact lens department

It’s my dream come true to have a well equipped optometry clinic where I consult, advise, counsel and also refer as the need be.

Thanks

Ruchi Khemka’s Comment -
Over years I’ve realized that there is more to be thankful for and less to cry in life. The joy is in giving back and creating the change instead of sitting and hoping for it to happen. I believe less in luck and more in hard work. Hence I find myself doing what I love the most in order to give back to the society and be content.  Diploma in Administration Services , P.V.Polytechnic SNDTWU helped in laying a foundation and opening up doors to work within large organizations at a young age, which otherwise is impossible in a competitive world like ours.
