The primary motto of this course is to pay attention to the most important part of Research in History that is Research Methodology. Many research scholars find it difficult to grasp the conceptual and theoretical part of research. Others struggle to apply these theories in their analysis of past events and processes. Some are worried about the appropriate interpretation of the data they have painstakingly collected. Some others have concerns about the ethical practices carried out while writing a research paper. Thus, research methodology is required at each step in the journey of research. This course will enable the researchers to develop the most appropriate methodology for their research studies. The course will also try to address the various minor as well as major problems researchers face while conducting their studies in history. Students and researchers will benefit from the detailed lectures conducted by some of the distinguished scholars in the field of history through this course.
