| About Course | Humans, as a resource, make use of a variety of natural resources in the environment to meet their basic needs. High growth of population, urbanization, changing lifestyles raise various environmental issues like pollution, environmental instability, waste generation etc. in present days. Waste generation is the most severe of urbanization and it is a Global environmental issue. Therefore, it has been attempted to create the knowledge, attitude, awareness and practice towards the zero waste management practices or environmental sustainable development is the major aim of this course. With this broad aim the curriculum of this module is structured into two submodules. |
