About Course Warli art is a form of tribal art mostly created by the tribal people from North Sahyadri Randes in Maharashtra, India. This range encompasses cities   such as Dahanu, Palghar, Jawahar, Mokhada and Vikramgad in Palghar district.This tribal art originated in Maharashtra and is still practiced. This folk art is uniquely recognized all over the world only for the richness of aesthetics but also as an indicator of age-old habitual belief. The course shall focus on how folk artists are creative individuals with adequate freedom of expression to keep the tradition alive and growing. The course traces the adaptation of traditional Warli art into contemporary lifestyle.
